30 OF Greatest Replies to #Trashtag Challenge

People use hashtag challenges in order to signify funny or iconic moments. However this kind of thing can be done in order to provide a good attitudes to the society. This is about #trashtag strategy which was implemented in order to reduce the disaster of trash. Out of the 1.3 billion tonnes of household waste generated per year, only about 258-368 million tons of trash end up in one of the 50 largest dumpsites. As waste spreads it, it ultimately makes its way to the oceans, every year, 8 million tons of garbage is added to our oceans, 80 % of it is from mainland waste. Within this situation, the trashtag challenge was a best strategy and people were challenged to upload a photo of area that need to be clean up and after situation

However, one person who done this challenge successfully explained his thoughts by spreading to take a photo after done clean up areas where there are trash problems. If this process seems like slow it may become a reality when other people also aim at keep on doing. Eventually this strategy was successful and the outcome became as a reality.

Below photos were taken into consideration.

Before this I’d say we were classified as “beach(trash)combers”, picking up the odd straw and plastic bottle we saw on our walks. However, for Belize, we traveled there with the intention of dedicating time to picking up any trash we came across on our hikes and beach walks. We even created a social media “clean-up crew” by partnering with other travelers to do a clean-up with us at the same time.

  1. You actually make it seem so easy together with your presentation but I find this matter to be really one thing that I feel I’d never understand. It seems too complex and very extensive for me. I am having a look ahead on your subsequent post, I will try to get the grasp of it!
